Verifying Customer Tenant Licenses

Ensure that the Currently Licensed amount in the UMP License menu for each Tenant is identical in Live Cloud portal Users Count column in the Customers screen.

If UMP-365 server is not deployed on AudioCodes Live Cloud and does not have an App Registration for interfacing the REST API for license counting, create the App Registration and share the App ID and Secret with AudioCodes. See Deploying REST-API Application.
